Abstract
In this project the main objective is to help in keeping of records for the salaries of each employee with the complete details of their salary breakdown, which includes their main salary and deductions made the project also keeps record for the payments made by the accountant to the employee at the described date of salary payment. There are three modules in this project namely HR module, Accountant Module and Employee module.

With the advent of internet for Booking a Gas Cylinder has become an easy task. Gas Agency System is an application developed using html, CSS, Javascript, Php and Mysql technologies which connects User and Gas Agencies where Users register themselves and book for Gas using the system. And the Agency Managers can also register as gas agencies and view and make deliveries for the orders that they have received ,only the registered User can book for Gas Cylinders and view status of booked Gas. The Agency manager can add new staff members or delete them . The status of the Order can be changed by the agency manager and also specifying the staff member who delivered it.

And the branch Manager can view and make deliveries for the couriers,only the registered User can book for Courier and view status of booked courier. The branch manager can add new staff members or delete them. The status of the Courier can be changed by the branch manager and also specifying the staff member who delivered it.

Apartment Management system is web based PHP project which provides a way for Owners to register tenants in modern way rather than registering in registers. This project “Apartment Management system ” is solution for Apartment Owners to manage the tenants in an easier and more convenient way. The administrator(Developer), is able to view all the owners of there building's apartment as well as their details. The basic structure of the system is as follows. This project manages the tenants and keeps the rent payment records. This system also maintains the tenants details.

In online examination portal admin is already registered and can login as needed. The admin has the authority to add new questions and answers as well as delete existing ones . Admin canalso view all the students and can allow the student to re-write the exam. The Student on the other hand has to register before login and use the credentials provided by him to login. Students can take examination after login and the answer the questions provided by the admin. The questions given to the student shall be generated randomly by the server in the backend. After the examination the server checks all the answers given by the student and generates the results based on the students answers.

The software has the facility to give a unique id for every patient and stores the details of every patient and the staff automatically. It includes a search facility. User can search availability of a doctor and the details of a patient using the id.

Online Library management system is a project which aims in developing a computerized system to maintain all the daily work for the library. This project provides the facilities to generate a book request to the librarian. Members are also allowed to reserve the book via the website so that they can save their time and cost to travel to the library and finding out that the books were already taken. The library management system also has a facility like of admin login through which the admin can monitor the whole system. The librarian after logging into his account has various options such as registering a new student, adding new books, issue books for the requested students and return book details. Overall this project of ours is being developed to help the staff of library to maintain the library in the best way possible and also reduce the human efforts.
